    They already have TFC 2......I do not want MLSE owning another team in Toronto.

    Granted, but the Wolfpack was not competing with TFC or any Soccer League in Ontario. York United on the other hand had big brother TFC, and the established League 1 Ontario. I have seen several L1O games and they are entertaining. And what made it worse was there are several York Region teams in L1O. That's a lot of soccer....I don't think the Wolfpack had that many Pro and semi-pro teams they needed to compete with for the entertainment dollar.

    I hope York is not our version of the Coyotes and the NHL....doing whatever possible to keep the team in york even if there are better options.....much like the Coyotes, everyone wants the team in Quebec, but Betteman and the NHL seem to know better!?!?! lLet's pray the CPL Board have better sense.

    I 100% agree with you. I have been saying this for a while now in previous discussions. The ONLY way this team has a chance is if the league calls RYAN REYNOLDS!!!!! Move the team to Quebec City or Laval.

    I have said this before. The owner is not going to accept losing money much longer. And you are right that FC Edmonton was critized but not 1 word about York United. This team should relocate to Quebec City or Laval......maybe the new Alouettes owner could buy the team from Greenpark. The market in Quebec can support it. York will NEVER be relevant in the GTA (Toronto or York Region).

    We should have not sold Johnson and Write to NextPro....they were young talents that suited the CPL. They haven't played much in NextPro, and we all know they would have played a lot in CPL and help York United this season.

    Lowell Wright was better off staying at York united.....I think he will be lost in NextPro.....I don't think he has had many minutes as of yet ??

    A CFL and CPL team would be AMAZING for both leagues. I believe a 12 team CFL League and 14 team CPL league (maybe 16 ??) Would spark alot of interest for 2 Truly Canadian only leagues.
