They were/are with CS Chomedey and Delta Laval. Link. Although it appears they decided to name the club FC Laval CDF (Chomedey Delta Fabrose) instead of Laval-Ouest. Here is their Facebook and Instagram, but the links to their "official website" don't work. They keep posting about their hiring of people, so my best guess is maybe the three clubs will continue to operate separately, until the administrative positions are all filled and in place and then they'll finally launch a united club.

So apparently it was discussed at the Edmonton Scottish AGM today that a new, sanctioned Division 2 league will begin play next year with 8 teams in the West and 8 teams in the East.

Scottish and Foothills are among the teams playing, but interesting to note is that this new league will also have a women's division as well with 6 teams in the West and 6 teams in the East. Sounds like the Scottish Angels and the Foothills UWS teams will be participating in this league as well.

Scottish apparently plans on building a "microstadium" as well to support this project with shovels in the ground later this year, confirming what Paulus said on his podcast - this Div 2 talk must be what he keeps alluding to. If so, good news for the Canadian soccer pyramid and women's soccer?

FC Gatineau is also working on a merger. I think TSS Rovers and Victoria Highlanders are givens. Both dropped out of Usl league two and said they wanted to join L1BC
Whitecaps also said they wanted to enter a team 
 
In the 2019 PCSL, FC Tigers Vancouver, Surrey United, and Okanagan FC finished top 4 in the PCSL (with the Highlanders). 
Surrey Central City Breakers won the 2019 Canadian Challenge Cup (national amateur champions)
