The most important ability is availability and at this stage of his career, he doesn't have it.  I feel badly for players who can't stay healthy but it is difficult to stay employed or find other clubs if that is on your cv

we can argue how well youngsters will develop or who’s worthy of a spot but the above leaves off koleosho…. Afrifra, Tani, waterman, piette, saliba, Nelson, brym, promise, jrr, ugbo, McGill, Gavran, combria, sirios, Lopez, jmr, Kennedy, hiebert, holliet, paton, Edward’s, zbg, zator, Mcnaughton.  All of whom have been with or called for to be part of cmnt (combria excluded but I’m excited he’s on the bench in eredivisie).  
 
I can’t stop being amazed by how much higher our floor climber from 2018-2022 and again from 2022-2026. 

I just don't think they can make it work without proper drainage, sunlight and regular care that a real grass field gets.

A good start would be installing the new grass a lot earlier than 2 days before the first game.🤨

I know we're excited for our growth at the CB position in recent months but clearly our depth is still a concern if Waterman is continuing to get called up.  I don't watch him regularly but it seems like its mistake after mistake by him on a weekly basis.  Can't blame Rudy anymore and we can't keep blaming others. 

Valladolid was never staying down for a 2nd season.  One step back for two steps forward in his career.  Changing teams is always a gamble, infinite examples to that.  He had a perfect fit and great thing going with Mallorca.
 

For so long, I was annoyed that it seemed he went from a CB to a CDM but now I am praying he stays there and develops as we are thinner in the latter than the former. Funny how things change. 

Oh that can't be good.  I didn't see highlights but his stats don't show anything that merits MOTM.  This looks more like a "thank you / good luck / hang in there" type move.

They lost late 1-2. Average age is under 20. 
Only comment on Justin I saw was that he had the makings of a great player and could be future 1st team material.

Marsch seems willing to call in young newer players and see what they have in camp. If they are willing to get provincially captied early in their careers, you take it.
Herdman has his 21 out of 23 always the same.  You wonder if people like Aidan Morris and Mitrovic would of not slipped though the cracks.
