With the amount of games we have been playing, I'd say even a guy like David might only get another 10 caps before he retires.  

Hopefully a top team but somewhere he will get minutes as well.

I think you are right, though I also think that if Barça B are in a fight to get into the promotion playoff that won't help his first team chances either. They are a few points out of the top four who go into the promotion rounds, which is a playoff from 2B to 2A.
I'm trying to be optimistic but I realise it is a tough one.

Realistically you will not likely be seeing Ballou Tabla anytime soon with all their attacking options.  Aside from the odd starter being rested, you will not likely see any Barcelona B player in the quarters, semis or final of the Copa Del rey this year.  Hopefully he gets a taste of Copa Del Rey next fall in the early stages.
If we hope to see him play for the senior squad this year at all it will likely only come if Barcelona has either won or lost the league with a few games in hand.
Here's hoping they win the league with 3 or 4 games to spare!

Honesty, Cornelius has really looked like a Vetran player whenever i have seen him play. He was an obvious standout at the Toulon Tourney. Great organizer and all round defender. It definately could turn out horrible for the Caps, because there is always that chance when you go local and young, but i think MDS hit the jackpot with this lineup. 
Of course, i do expect MDS to bring in an experienced CB as well. It’s unlikely we see a fully Canadian back line to start the year. I think Cornelius is going to have to play his way into a starting spot.

Even if he just makes an 18 man game roster will be impressive  considering the club of Barcelona.

Man I would absolutely love Tabla to get a first team sniff this season. It would be a long short, but you can see how it could happen given the injuries.
Imagine, in the same season, Canada has an 19 year old debut for Barcelona and an 18 year old debut for Bayern Munich. That would be absolutely epic.

I agree, a loan move back here isn't such a bad idea if it means playing regularly.  You would hope that a player that is currently captain for one of the best French club's youth team has the quality to eventually have a successful stint in Europe.

He trained with the first team today, most 1st team starters where not in the main session as we played the late game last night. I checked today expecting this, with the Dembele injury yesterday and a heavy load of games all month with the Cup, we are short attackers. 
In the video in the scrimmage he is on the blue team, on the left side, has a goal at around 1:14 and a play around 1:45.

With that Dembelé injury it only gives us Malcolm as a clear attacker sub for Messi and Suárez, as we've gotten rid of Munir and Denis Suarez is set to go to Arsenal, so it seems. We are looking to sign a possible reserve striker (heard rumours of Carlos Vela, Prince Boateng, but it has not come through ).
So there could be a chance to see  him get a call into the team vs. Sevilla in the away of quarter finals of the Cup this week, Wednesday at 9pm local time.

Eustaquio>Piette and hes younger/more potential, already played in a better league than Piette and will be in a better league moving forward. 
I could them them both starting, Canada will need two/three defensive midfielders depending on the formation. 

Eustaquio would be in the mix with Piette as our CDM for the next cycle.  He wouldn’t be clear cut ahead of Piette as has been suggested.  Piette is a good player.
Certainly it wouldn’t be understating it to say that  if Eustaquio signed on he would bolster the depth of our midfield to the highest level in the past 15 years.  
The roster depth that we have in midfield and forward is already at a very good historical level for us.  No Unatached FC anymore.

For sure we are all guilty of that a little bit. Dont think that's what he is saying though. I think Anseem is presuming that would be eustaquios line of of thought for committing to us and obviously based on a continued positive career trajectory.

Good run, control & finish.  Hopefully his confidence continues to grow again.  You can see the relief in his face after celebrating.
