The TFC II playoff match vs. Philly 2 will be open to the public at BMO Field. While there is a RSVP thing in place for it, it looks to be pretty much wide open ie just showing up.

Plus looking at those renderings to me it looks like the current scoreboard at BMO Field would have to come down. It just two close to the field to allow for any significant expansion, temporary or otherwise to happen. I was in the temporary stand for the 2016 Grey Cup and in no way was my view of the field obstructed. This setup will not look the best by any means but it will serve its purpose. This is reality was the only way the World Cup was coming to Toronto for that matter. This country simply does not have the stadiums with all the hospitality amenities that the US has as a result of the NFL. There is reason why the 1994 World Cup is still the most attended all-time. 
Plus how can you not forget in Russia where there were stands that we completely outside of the stadium looking in.

Is that much cheap than it was for the Iran match?

Wonder why they would have to refund the Curacao game. A certain amount of the total would have been allocated to each game, could just refunded the Iran portion? The Vs section for the NL game is not bad at $34 and having just looked at it a lot of tickets still available in the three sections, its obvious interest in this match is very low. This game was never going to be on fire.

I am very happy for the people that had flights booked for the June 5th weekend, now they have a Canada match to watch if they did not , Vancouver in June is not the worst place in the world to visit, quite beautiful if you ask me. Enjoy !
