Yes because they are signing players that CPL could have signed, so they hate Canada and also hate CPL

The answer is YES. We need as many players as possible. Players go in and out of form, get injured etc.

Bikerack reacted to spitfire in Liam Millar
It would only be a 6 month loan and only to play in the Sunderland 1st team with penalty for under 70% playing time. It would be a good move to get first team playing time. It is standard pathway for top English prospects. Harry Kane went on loan 5 times as did Beckham. This is the clubs plan. Sunderland is one of 4 clubs looking to take Liam on loan. Liam is not leaving lfc(except on Loan)...not anytime soon anyway .

Bikerack reacted to Obinna in Jacob Shaffelburg
Good memory Kent. I have brought Dolo up a few times over the years. I went into length in the HFX thread earlier today, but to summarize, he's an 18 year old striker from Newfoundland, but like Davies originates from Liberia and came over as a child. Also like Davies, he's quick and has a great left foot.
He's scored buckets of goals at various club national tournaments over the years and was identified by the Whitecaps after a good showing with team Atlantic at Allstar nationals. Didn't catch on in vancouver or with the Impact, whom he also had a trial with, but participated in those Canada U15 ID camps a few years ago and also had a year-long stint in the Ottawa Fury academy. When the Fury project disbanded, he returned to Newfoundland, finished up his high school, and is now playing in the provincial Challenge Cup league with Feildians.
That was probably more information than you needed, but I am pretty excited about the player. I never, ever played against him, he's quite young, but a buddy of mine from back home has coached him and mentioned how much potential he has and I have been keeping tabs from away whenever news on him comes out. This buddy has also worked with Stephen Hart in the past, so it is likely he recommended Dolo to him, that's if Hart wasn't already aware of him, which he may have been.
There will be a lot of competition to get minutes in this camp, let alone earn a contract with HFX down the road, but I am rooting for him, as he seems to be one of the brightest prospects out there from Newfoundland, if not Atlantic Canada.

UVA has been one of the top programs for over 30 years - since Bruce Arena was there.
Anyways, moot point. Shaffelberg will be replacing Ronaldo at Madrid this Fall, tg11 told me so.

Hit that ignore button, it’s liberating. I swear we could have a guy starting on Real Madrid and tg11 would be speculating on whether they should move to MLS/SPL.

I hope MAK can hold down his spot at LAFC, I think that would be a huge success for him. No need to go to Europe.

Bikerack got a reaction from toontownman in Mark-Anthony Kaye
i love how he went from CIS to USL to MLS and now people are already talking about him transferring to a big euro league. I think he's having a really good run of form and i would love to see this continue in LA for a few years because i dont think MLS is a bad place to develop especially if he is getting solid minutes, which he is

I'm getting confused, I cant tell real posts from impressions of TG11 anymore.

Bikerack reacted to soccer.shocker in Kristopher Twardek
Twardek seems to be a workhorse with very good character. Able to cover ground at high intensity all match. IIRC Herdman used him on wing and at fullback at Toulon.Hopefully that versatility translates into more professional minutes but I think he needs to improve his quality in the final third dramatically ASAP

Seems like a good move. I hope he can make an impact and make a step up to a stronger team/league in a few years.

Bikerack reacted to red card in Samuel Piette
The ESPN analyst that TSN brought in for the match said Garde believes Piette can be a starter in a first division Europe and wouldn't be surprised if he leaves.
