    This is a perfect word. I suspect viewership, and maybe attendance will be down for some games, but because it's more games it will have all-time most views and attendance. Bring on the Toronto game package of Canada vs Saudi Arabia, Zimbawe vs Peru, and Japan vs North Macdeonia all for the nice price of $1500!

    With the upcoming international window…TFC will most likely be playing without Osorio, Kaye, Laryea, and possibly Johnson. Coupled with Diomonde, Akinola, and Insigne still dealing with injuries… The San Jose game will be interesting.

    Malik Johnson mutually parted ways with the Switchback FC....maybe he could be making a move back home. Maybe with Forge 😆

    Hope he ends up in the CPL. I want to believe that the pay is "close" but the exposure and allure of continental play will have some guys preferring the CPL over USL.

    I’m a fan. He is a professional. I truly care that he succeeds. And sometimes it’s good to receive encouragement from “outside” influence. It’s in the same way you can message someone saying “nice goal”, “lift your head up” or “keep it up”. They read it and appreciate it. It’s positive vibes. I didn’t send him what I wrote here which would be different.

    I heard Ruqui Puig say he’s never had to do any fitness at Barcelona, where he’s had to change his body and fitness levels. From when I’ve watched La Liga there is a lot more tactical fouls which I think is down to “laziness”….instead working hard to run back to get into position players will opt for the shirt grab, or leg out in transition which is an instant yellow.

    Naw man bullshit excuse. This is a lack of discipline. No athletic Freshman does this. These guys have access to nutritionist, meals, gyms anything they need to be successful. These guy have one of the best players of all time in CR7 to reference the importance of taking care of your body as an athlete. I’m severely disappointed to see him like this, and I just hope he turns it around. No way he’s passing any medical.

    Last year for reference. Looking like some of the 40yr old former ballers I see playing in the Sunday Caribbean league in Scarborough. This guy better fix up, this is way too heavy for a 19yo.

    Great signing for the Forge. I would expect quality of signings to pick up. This year will be the first year CPL teams can qualify directly into the CCL!

    Good thing to remember is that this year marks the first year that the CPL regular season champion andthe North Star champion will qualify for the 2024 Concacaf Champions League. Which is the first of the new iteration.
