  1. Lol Dunn would be a real shocker to bring into their program. Especially for a newly appointed coach. They are only going to bring in proven, experienced guys. Nows not the time for Flores-esque call ups for Jamaica. I would more suspect they would return to the experienced guys they initially recruited in Chey Dunkley, Isaac Hayden, Mason Holgate, Ben Godfrey, Dujon Sterling, Kyle Walker-Peters… all guys with more game experience.
  2. Lol you went to deep Sal. It’s the same meaning. “No Kiap” “no Kizzy” all mean “no cap” just different slang or ways to say it.
  3. Man these guys aren’t the hockey influenced robots we’ve seen that had trickled down to our past players. They are part of the new culture of guys who are changing perspectives. Influencing the style of players we want to consistently produce. @Dominic94 hits this nail right on the head. Okello lest we forget was rejected of a move to Wolfsburg. Assuming he was talked into being given a bigger role/playtime that only came after extreme adversity. Makes me wonder where he would be now if he went… Then Dunn another guy, lest we forget was only given his first ever TFC start in 2018 because the team was going on that CCL run, and needed rotation so he was throw into the Lions den in Houston. Along with several other academy players, draft picks and back ups to back ups - yes you Jason Hernandez. These guys got slapped, and he never appeared again until the end of the 2021 where he played good, got benched and then he got thrown in again in the teams most important game of the year. Akinola….same story as mentioned by Dominic. Adversity opportunities/surprise. We love when these guys have bite, and play with freedom/expressing themselves but hate it when they are telling it how it is or how they are being treated/feel after years of bullshit. And it’s only going to continue with Manning at the helm, and the Bradley duo with the younger who should be out the door along with his long time friend, but it seems he’s going to have an even greater influence. #freetheguys ….Fraser, Akinola, JMR, Nelson, Okello. Free them all, let them go play somewhere else where the real opportunity will be given. You’re only as good as your opportunity…..and we still got Delgado at TFC.
  4. but how do you do that if there's a limit? I guess I'll buy the max allotment, and then worry about distribution.
  5. Bring out the bots! I was planning on making this a group thing, to purchase tickets but it doesn't seem possible. Think I just gotta worry about getting two tickets.
  6. If Jamaica come calling...means that Canada would be in the picture as well. And like I've said in the past, no Canadian boy is going to pick Jamaica over Canada no matter how much Jamaican pride they may have. It doesn't happen. Plus Jamaica (no disrespect to Dunn) has way better options to pursue than him. A lot of guys on the RB forum would see it as a disrespect to the local ballas, if Dunn starts getting a look. So to sum it up...I'm not worried of losing Dunn to Jamaica.
  7. So time an location confirmed for Hamilton. Thanks @admin for working your contacts and getting the game schedule for early afternoon! Makes arranging the group much easier.
  8. Same. As long as they are getting legit opportunities out there, their possibilities are endless. Its just an easy reminder that Adekugbe was there not to long ago.
  9. He was physically bodying men at 16. Were so quick to attribute the success or growth of players to others vs immediately giving it to our own. Davies is built like a Olympic sprinter. (side not have you ever wondered how he would do?)
  10. The fact that Jamie was asking who can go makes me believe this is more than an unofficial friendly.
  11. Him and Pepple. Wherever he is.
  12. Little 10 min cameo.…because they know he’s not staying.
  13. Probably not the right analogy because I’m sure Davies although raised in Canada was still brought up Ghanian if you get me. So to help you rephrase. “He’s as Canadian as Scott Arfield”… and actually he might be more “Canadian” than him.
  14. USL is his most likely option at age 30. That league isn’t really a development league, and teams are built in the same way as MLS squads. I looked at Orange County’s and the Rowdies roster (the 2021 finals) and the average age was about 28 for both teams. All that too say is I agree with you that big changes is coming to USL. The MLS next reserve league (as much as they don’t want to market it as such) will be an U23 league mixed in with fringe guys looking for match fitness. I think Morgan ends up in the USL if he doesn’t want to come home.
  15. @admin are you able to work your liaising magic and ensure this game is an afternoon to early evening kickoff?
  16. Naw…not there imo. CP have a lot of strikers who play similar styles. They recently invested in Edouardo who’s younger.
  17. I will be surprised. But not if he’s on substantially less money. (Think Zavaletas last TFC contract)
  18. Possibly 6 to both CR and Panama. Trying to conceal a siblings trip with my brothers, sister in law, sister and my wife. Everybody’s down to go, they just don’t know about the games part - surprise lol.
  19. I agree. They have a really great brand of football, just don’t have an out and out finisher. Maupay ain’t it. The chances I’ve seen him misss, I’m certain Larins putting those away, as he pops up in similar places.
  20. To be on the bench? Kwame is a better LB no question.
  21. This is an example of a primary and secondary logo no?
  22. Concacaf league. But to your point, we get to see Forge in the tougher competition (CCL) and while seeing a new CPL team embark in Concacaf. I’m hoping Forge didn’t just overachieve.
  23. I’ve seen Crepeau make the ballot….I think that’s a problem 🤣.
