We saw how much was quickly made for the Red+White, and now Gold, and then black. Also there has been a substantial increase in corporate sponsorships. With every province back to normal, this means a large portion of the CSA revenue will return back to normal with player, coach and referees fees returning. Lastly the in qualifying for the WC we have earned another whopping 8 million. Knowing all of that, we should see some change to the same ole same ole….but we haven’t yet, and based on how we are trending not sure we will this year. Fast forward to the release of the 2022 CSA annual report, and we’re questioning the revenue/expense breakdown.

Here's what we know about TFC roster: - They currently have 25 players signed of a potential 30. - 2 of those guys are on season long loans (Auro & Singh) making it only 23 guys. - Insignie is coming in June to 24. - Kobe Frankin, and Themi have used 2 out of 4 short term loan agreements (meaning they are likely to be given HG contracts soon) - A lot of the players who have played a part in the season so far are not on the senior roster. - TFC has a lot of salary cap to play with in bringing in additional talent.

Tbh I have the notion, that after the WC and if Borjan retires (I can probably see it after the NL finals 🤞🏿) the # 1 spot is up for grabs. However right now, Crepeau has stood on his head for Canada when called to deputy Borjan. There was a point some were calling him to be #1 when Borjan was consistently doing his shenanigans.

Based on Nick Bontis interview, it sounds like we can be optimistic for at-least 1 friendly. The CSA will continue to have excuses to why something can't or doesn't come to fruition. That's the consistent reality.
