With guys who you know-know are part of Canada soccer program…. JMR, and Thompson are easy picks. Jules Anthony Visslaint, and Paul Amedume who from what I’ve seen at North Texas is very promising. He probably would’ve made the squad if he stayed with Pacific.

As someone not native to BC, and after seeing the demographics for myself….this is weird that they wouldn’t find another brand name like “Pacfic”. Yes Langley is considered Metro Vancouver, but the whole “We Are Vancouver” does sound like TFC branding which doesn’t make sense for them. @SpursFluis spot on. I remember going to Cuba 10 years ago to a party resort, and the entire resort was filled with people from the GReater Toronto Area. I remember conversations like “where you from….Toronto…naw man where you really from….Pickering…..nahhh that’s not Toronto, you’re not from the city bro”….and I laughed because I couldn’t deny it. Unless there plan is to eventually go to the city, but if not there’s gotta be another name. The branding will never make sense.

I can’t be the only one who doesn’t want CPL expansion if there isn’t a proper SSS or a more than adequate solution. We need a solid 10-12 venues. My small dream is that the CPL looks like the Danish Superliga…..

I'm not into the notion of "ignoring" users for their difference of their footy related opinions.....but in these past few days I can see how it was warranted. A distraction that just might shed light on how they didn't prepare adequately for this tournament. Knowing it was a double qualifier, and knowing that there was an overlap in budgeted money that was supposed to be allocated for this (the Costa Rica camp should've been the second). The only distraction will be if these boys qualify.
