I appreciate the questions and I hope I can answer all of them however not everything is finalized so I may not have all the information.
As many of you know and have already mentioned, Jamie (@admin) has worked diligently, at much personal cost, to bring the Voyageurs to where they are now. Feeling that it was time for our loose knit group to take next logical step he approached a group of us who know and trust each other about formalizing the Voyageurs as an entity. We’ve been meeting regularly and are trying to lay the foundation for the future by making sure all legal requirements are up to date and some basics around roles and responsibilities are established with the goal of running an election for an inaugural Board of Directors in the near future. We’re at the point now where we’re almost ready to share our work with the broader group here and we’re planning on distributing a survey to garner feedback about what the organization should look like and where it should be headed. We’re also planning to host an online event in the near future where we will announce plans and answer questions. We all have full time jobs and families so we're moving slowly but we'll get there.
As for the moderation of this site, myself and @JamboAl where made admins recently. I don't know the other admins or whether they still visit this site. I know Jamie has been quite busy these days and so I offered to take on the responsibility. I don't suspect @JamboAl will have much time to dedicate as I know he's quite busy himself. I also have a lot going on in my life so I'll try to answer all questions in do time.

I've started to come around to the theory that the cold for us isn't the same advantage as the heat for the Central American and Caribbean teams. I think we actually get more net benefit having away games during colder periods.

Well, I got that email a couple of weeks ago too. I did a two minute google search that explained how it works. Things have changed in 15 years and the days of travelling 419 exhibitions. 
I don’t know why you would claim to be experienced about this kind of thing and still lash out like this at one of the many, many sites you have put an email and password into. It’s conpletely arbitrary.

You may very well not be racist, but kacbru had it right when he said using that term shows a lack of empathy. It costs you nothing to say COVID, or COVID-19. Heck, it’s even less characters to type. The fact of the matter is that yes China is a place, but Chinese is also a language and yes, a race. The Spanish flu isn’t the same situation for two reasons. First, it was 100 years ago and people try to improve over time. Second, they aren’t a visible minority in Canada (or Britain, I’m not sure where you live at the moment but I believe it’s one of those two) that can be easily singled out by ignorant people. Whether you are one of the people that makes them feel like garbage or not is beside the point. You aren’t doing the smallest little thing imaginable to do your tiny part in not perpetuating shoddy treatment to a group of people.
P.S. If you want to criticize the Chinese government, or any government, be my guest. I also don’t think you should have been banned for saying Chinese virus, but it just seems so odd for it to be a hill to die on.

Who knows what you intended? And who cares? But your persistence in using and defending your use of the term shows an appalling lack of empathy. 

Given that there are those in society, who are using the Covid virus to aid in their long-standing anti-white racism, I really don't think using such language is necessary. 

Please stop it, it's offensive, and unnecessarily politicizes the subject - which is surely touchy enough without raising the spectre of race.

You post an essay, which essentially boils down to a question that usually has already been answered on this board or is easily googleable. Next, someone obliges and answers your question.
In this case, Japan is going to postpone the games and are currently playing chicken with the IOC to see who will have to pay for the expenses. As to your other point, you want CONCACAF to announce a new format when all of its members are currently quarantined from each other with no timeline on when that will be lifted, but is best case scenario months away, sure makes sense.
Then, you respond to everyone that responds to you, thus making it so that every other post in this thread is you.
