With CFM U23 disbanding, Loic and Gael would be considered overagers on the U18 team next year. I don't know about Chimere's situation. I don’t know how that works The rules keep changing so I'm not sure how it actually works either, but seem to remember that MLS teams get first right of refusal over a player from their academy that goes the NCAA route. So, TFC could sign Omeze straight out of the NCAA system without him being subjected to the draft? Not sure if the player has a choice whether to sign with the developing team or opt to go into the draft.
