Vancouver missing is a disaster for them. If there's a decent DP or u22 signing, then they can at least claim they didn't make a move over the winter because they wanted the spot for the summer when there was more options. The reason the Caps will be in a playoff spot because these two teams, plus Dallas, are pretty weak. I see a bump in form but not enough to pose a threat.
