It's not a guess.

Concacaf said its based on Concacaf National Team Rankings.

Once the Mexico v Honduras match finishes we will know our opponent

Where have they confirmed this? Can’t find a source anywhere

Stache had literally no time to react.  I feel 4/5 times that does not get called.  Kone had an amazing game, the giveaway could have been a foul.

The guy grabbed Kone's jersey..plain as day.  He fell down.  If you're going to call a ridiculous hand ball you can't say he went down too easy on a play when it was clear the player grabbed him.  It was a foul for sure.

As much as we can point fingers at specific mistakes from players, coach and referee the fact remain that this is the kind of things that happen when you play only two games together in like six months. Hermand kept saying that there was bound to be bad consequences if the money BS continued and he was right. We can get results in spite of the mess but we will only turn the page from shit like this when we will find a solution to the money stuff one way or another.

Yeah, there was no way that Herdman was going into a second world cup with our lads IF the organizational (and financial) shit wasn't fixed fast.  As noble as the guy might be, this is his career and he knows that his resume takes a shit dive if he can't get lots and lots of high quality games for his emerging side.  The long road to qualification was just what we needed!

I think we're stuck with CRC. Of the losers in QF:

1. Canada (3 pts, 0 GD, 4 goals scored)

2. T&T (3 pts, -2 GD, 2 goals scored)

3. CRC (0 pts, -5 GD, 1 goal scored)

If MEX beats HON by 3, then MEX advances and HON is eliminated with 3 pts and -1 GD, which puts them in 2nd.

If MEX beats HON by 1, then HON advances and MEX is eliminated with 0 pts and -1 GD, which puts them in 3rd.

If HON beats MEX by 1, then HON advances and MEX is eliminated with 0 pts and -3 GD, which puts them in 3rd.

If HON beats MEX by 3, then HON advances and MEX is eliminated with 0 pts and -5 GD (and if 3-0, no goals scored), which puts them in 4th.

If MEX beats HON 5-3 (or more), then HON advances on away goals and MEX eliminated with 3 pts and 0 GD with 5 goals scored, putting them in 1st. I think this is the only way we can play T&T.

Bottom line: we're playing CRC. It's almost a certainty.

I see thanks for that… Go Honduras!

I mean that’s kinda the biggest part of his job here tho.

Can’t really blame the secret service either…  other than allowing President Kennedy’s car to make the right onto Elm at Dealy Plaza at 10 mph in a convertible.

So tomorrow, Nov 22, we can watch this replay of the match like the Zapruder film.

Too bad our bandwagon drove off the bridge at Chappaquiddick.

Pretty much, and the end of the day nobody on the men's side of Canadian soccer is going to do well if the national team doesn't do well.

I have to laugh at this, because I've been saying it doesn't work for us

We were playing great, when David was playing deep as a 3rd mid, he moved forward back to two strikers in the 2nd half.  Just plain dumb.  The 3rd mid is necessary with our squad.

So, how valuable would 3 more games in the last windows have been for properly preparing us for this huge opportunity to qualify for the Copa America which we desperately need to prepare for a home WC?

Trick question ladies and gentlemen.

Canadian Soccer is in deep, deep shit right now on and off the pitch. We need to take a comprehensive look at our problems now or we are only going to fall further in to crisis.

There are a lot of obvious answers already but many fans, the program, the finnanciers, media and CSA dont seem to have realized yet a wholistic picture of our problems already exists and we need to talk about it. Much more needs researched.

But no, lets just keep debating the state of the game like its almost fine. Lets keep analyzing and talking about the whole in neat little water tight compartments.

If we just come up with enough content and hype we can keep pretending that after qualifying for a World Cup and about to host one that we arnt pissing it all away in record time.

Lol come on.

Borjan’s half-second juggle had nothing to do with Eustaquio’s horrendous giveaway, the iffy penalty and Kone’s giveaway. First goal should have been saved? All he could do was stick a leg out and hope he got lucky. Let’s be real - Borjan wasn’t a problem tonight

Wrong.  Watch the game again, including what he did to Gray.  Not necessary.  That is not a veteran.  He's a great shot stopper and fun presence.  But he's cost us soo much soo many times with his brain farts.
