2 main worrying issues:

Canada got a dose of reality at the World Cup when it came to team defensive tactics.  I’m guessing that before he left, Herdman had little impact in imparting any sort of work in this regard, and now we have a caretaker manager so until we get a real one, we’ll be cooked playing any quality squad.

The form/trajectory of so many of our “starters” has fallen since the end of the qualifiers for various reasons (club situation, injury, etc.): Larin, Osorio, Laryea, Johnston, Miller, Borjan, Tajon (who’s not here). And even though Kone wasn’t established a year ago, his development seemed to skyrocket soon after and now it seems like he’s since regressed.  And who do we have on the rise at the moment?
