Agreed. 

Our main problem is moving the ball from one side to the other fluidly through some effective midfield pivots. We are getting stuck, especially up the right, and can't find our way to 2-3 passes to find Davies on the other side. 

So sure, maybe that is Staq missing. Kone is playing like he's in a 7 a side game, with minimal range. Piette backing that up.
