100% a pk in the current rules. 

Now I think that rules should be changed overall, but under current rules, that's a penalty 400 times out of 400.

I don't mind Wheeler EXCEPT when he starts whining about penalties and fouls and such. 

He usually gets more calm about them after the fact, ie: that handball. Brennan shut up him last game pretty quickly on something and he just quiets down.
