Argentina and South America aren't racist at all, I already explained in other

We can't measure racism but yes we can still  measure colonialism

This is a joke.
It's stupid that you would try to include Argentina in with the entire South America.

Bunch of Nazis in that country. It's a safe haven for racists, reason why the country had open arms to thousands of Russians.

Country that basically erased it's black population claiming it isn't racist is pretty funny

I guess I get irked by Canadians overdoing the natural wild stuff, but of course many of us have lived it up close and we know what we are talking about.

Since we're so thoroughly off-topic, a similar thing that irks me: Canadians, and in my case prairie Canadians, that like to brag about how cold it gets here in winter and how brave they are for toughing ot out. Even at -40 (which it reaches about once a decade here in Winnipeg, Canada's coldest major city, not weekly as some would have you believe) it's still pretty tolerable to shuffle between your F-150 and Wal-Mart in your pajama pants and parka. Very few actually ever test themselves in or against the elements. If you're not working or waiting for a bus in the cold, don't talk to me.

Which is why the Iceteca hype was a bit silly: a bunch of suburban Canadians who played their winter soccer on bubbled turf fields were hardly going to feel at home on a frozen Commonwealth.

The point I guess is that some things are avoidable, others intangible, others risks you learn to live with.

Cold or inclement weather you should prepare for, saying you can handle it and ending up with a pneumonia doesn't prove anything.

What prepares you for grizzlies if you're alone on a half a mountain in tough terrain is fear. Not overconfidence. Fear is a great teacher, fear taught me a lot. You tell people you can handle dangerous situations like that and all you are saying is that you have learnt to have the utmost respect and are ever alert in dangerous situations.

This Copa America was a great experience , and it kind of united us Canadians (At least the Soccer Community). Lets not rest on our laurels. The real work starts now  we need to continue to improve , on and off the field  . I really enjoyed the fact that we were the top CONCACAF team in that tourney and really pissed off  the Yanks  I want the same in 2026 when the whole world is watching

The true irony is perhaps that this Morocco team that beat Argentina was full of players born and raised in Europe, including France.

Yeah sure,  the chant was unbelievable stupid from the elite class of Argentina ,  mostly those who evade taxes and underpay employees,   tyrants with money ,  the worst class of bourgeoisie.

Enzo is guilty even though it meant to say that without Africa ,  France won't have a competitive national football team,  it is non of our business to criticise this as southamericans.  They choose what they want under the rules of FIFA ,  those men are born there and the French constitution said that you are french or frenchness in IUS SOLI ,

Ius Soli , ..... NOT IUS SANGUINIS as the Spain and Italy and Ireland and the UK and Portugal.

Ditto this ,  from one fellow who actually lived there and worked there in between France and Swiss ,   of course the are under the law within the french system.

And their educational system states that at a very short age 14 or 15 you have to choose your path .

I recommend you to watch for yourself the french film of 2008 / 9. Entre les murs from a former footballer writer and football journalist when he was a teacher of french language in a public school in the outskirts of Paris in the Greater Paris .

All the confrontation among the African descendants the msgrehbi white African against the southern western Africans there , like a framing oxímoron

The wrongness as the chant or banter is full of prejudice is that someone cannot be french if he is darker skin is just plain dumb.  It doesn't have malice but is full of ignorance from the elite people of Argentina those who hate the labour party and social justice and the good things of Peronism and liberal popular  parties like ( U.C.R and the socialist left parties ).  They want a 5 or 10 million country

Ditto this Deschamps who identifies himself as BASQUE before even french is an image of the french society for the last 40 years

Francois Miterrand my political hero fought for a country without frontiers were all people could live in peace.

And I am myself of french Italian Savoyard and Irish and Catalunyan descendent and I have a great grand mother from the natives,  I'm a Kevin Costner myself a mixture of nations as many people in the world , I always support a world without frontiers because I am a citizen of the world.

I bet it did. Was that a Harvey Weinstein movie?

No, there wasn't any hot chick on it,  only troubled teenagers from everywhere and a white french teacher who can't cope with teenagers and their subculture, and he gets angry all the time because he can't get his class done ,  because kids ploy to make fun of him and his frenchness

Without the Jon Lovitz counterpart, the blonde Pfeiffer German chick.  And in France and within the french educational system,  the french teachers gets absorbed and on one scene he insults two African chicks with hurtful remarks, of course the teenagers are mocking France , him being a whitey french and the French culture ,  he gets very personal,  but at the end of the year the movie end with all even the principal playing a 5 a side in the school patio

So the students are a bunch of wildlings who don't want to conform and listen to authority and the teacher is a huge pussy who just fell off the mayonnaise truck. No stereotypes detected here

I muted him quite a while ago.   Highly recommend.  When someone contributes virtually nothing of value and is basically stuck off topic, it is an appropriate response.

The Copa is over and doubt we play Argentina again in the next decade. Time for Javier to go back to South America.

He likes the attention.  I am currently in several arguments about my god like hockey knowledge on a Indonesian Hockey board.  They just wont accept because I am from Canada I know everything about all things hockey and they should be thankful I grace them with my opinionated condecending comments.
