It doesn't really matter to me, but I think he's pointing out that it could be sung in French. 

Edit: It could also be because the other English version is "in all of us command."

I'd like it if they'd do what our women's rugby team does, and sing a bilingual version, instead of most singing in English, and a couple singing in French.

For all the flack that Wheels gets here he always makes sure to give the V’s a shout out.  

I think we his is how the early stages of our WC games will look - focus on solid defensive shape and spend the first 10-15 soaking up pressure.
