This is the only scenario in which Canada can clinch on Thursday night with a loss to Costa Rica and it's the one which they would like to contemplate the least since it involves not only a failure to win, but specific results from two other matches. Again, this scenario is far from impossible, but it's probably the most unlikely of the four.
 

if USA loses they still have a game vs Costa Rica. Would be impossible for both of them to pass us.

The replay at halftime with the crew broken it down really well. Kaye was angry about a play, started jawing at the guy, walked right towards him, and (arguably) leaned in with his shoulder, while on a yellow. I mean, under the circumstances …. That's the thing, there;s some pressure in this game as they are playing in a hostile environment. But its not really a high pressure game results wise. When its really on in Quatar I wouldnt trust Kaye, he showed he can't contain himself in a small pressure game, what would he do when the world is watching?

Canada had this game under control, wait out the older and slower CR team and attack them late. Then Kaye fucks it up with 2 nonsense yellows where hes not even defending anything dangerous. Just fouling cause his head is gone
