Today Canada performed like a WC team.  Player by player this roster is not the strongest but they are making history.

Player for player, the current iteration of the CMNT is easily the strongest group of players Canada has ever fielded, by a fair bit.

Today we were still missing Davies and Eustaquio and it was still stronger than any team Canada had put in prior cycles, and that includes the 1986 and 2000 teams.  The program is at an all time high right now.

I'm a little annoyed Jamaica collapsed so spectacularly, but kind of expected since 80+ minute México is always incredible. Like I think they're the best team in the world if they only have to play the last 10 minutes.

I don't agree, the Randzinski group with Imhoff Julian Olivier Occean Friend... Etc and others were as good as this one if not better name by name, this group of players got a Team.  The previous werent as good as a unit, that's the coach's merit.  What you have done as the Canadian football fanbase was amazing you voyageurs made the change.  You always had very good players around the world...it needed foundation and structure and support.  The people of Canada built this football national team

Zooming with a friend during the game so didn’t post a during the game. 

Massive result.  Not the prettiest for sure but man.  Beauty.  A win in Central America.  Get rid of the demons.  Beauty start to the window that sets us up for possible 6+ points.

Some pretty disjointed play at times but some moments of individual brilliance made the difference.  

Borjan.  Wow.  3 saves during the game is about as misleading as a stat can be.  Two huge saves that could have easily resulted in a draw.  

Tajon.  One bit of offensive brilliance set us up for the victory.  He may not have scored it but he created it.  

David.  Beautiful take off the chest, the first touch and then the finish.  Like Tajon, a single moment of skill made the difference.  And the timing of the run was crazy.   Full credit to Fraser for a laser beam pass that released him.  

What a night.

The Salvadorian ref made it happen he almost scored one himself in a corner kick..  The red wasn't.  Jamaica is the new Canada of Concacaf jaded by the refs

Thanks and likewise, it has been a while too many winding roads of qualies for Canada, refs etc...  and Canada is our rabbit's foot according to the Argentinian sport Media.  Last time you were there we won it,  some say it may be some kind of prophecy.
