I truly believe both Larin and David are by far our most complete strikers and feel they deserve to be starting.  I believe in overall strength of game which includes finishing.  But I also think the level of play should play a huge factor as well. Honest question, would we rather Larin play for weaker La Liga Mallorca team last season and end up with 7 goals and 10 goal contributions or would we rather have had him play for a top Segunda side in Valladolid and get 20 goal contributions?  Most of us would take him being rotated on a low scoring Mallorca team all day. 
However, it’s not like any of our strikers are lighting it up aside from Jonathon David.  For this exercise, I’ve excluded our wide attackers.

Since Copa América:

David in Ligue 1 & Europe - 8 goals 2 assists in 13 games.

Larin in La Liga - 1 goals 2 assists in 7 games.

Tani in MLS & Leagues Cup - 1 goal in 11 games.

JRR in MLS & Leagues Cup - 4 goals & 1 assist in 14 games.

Bair in Ligue 1 - 1 goal in 7 games.

Ugbo in League Championship & EFL Cup - 1 goal 1 assist in 10 games.

Kulenovic in Eredivisie - 2 goals in 5 games.

and just for fun Cavallini in Liga MX & Leagues Cup - 4 goals in 6 games (includes games during Copa America).
