Borjans Sweatpants
I'm also sure that DSC wasn't saying he didnt have the balls to score (as the caption says), Xherdan probably said he's going right down the middle, or that hes going left or something and DSC called him out. Bison44
He is just trying to get in the shooters head. To get him thinking about something else besides focusing on his shot, he has learned some of the dark arts of with the cmnt.
VinceA
Hopefully this puts some sense into those dumbass Twitter accounts who are begging for St. Clair to go to Europe and are appalled there's been no rumours. He's an average MLS keeper. Hell he's quickly showing that he ain't it even as a backup for Canada. king1010, Admiral Murray and narduch

He can have an absolutely amazing game one day and then look terrible in the next one.

Gian-Luca
Just watched the highlights, the only goal he had any sort of a chance was the largely irrelevant 5th one, Minnesota hung him out to dry on all the others, not helped by the fact that his Canadian teammate got a Minnesota teammate sent off in the 34th minute, which is before any of the goals were scored. The guy just came off winning back to back Pk shootouts so I am not sure what all the griping is about. I don’t see the score being significantly different with any current Canuck keeper in net for this one Edited August 12, 2023 by Gian-Luca CanadaFan123, phresh, GasPed and 4 others 6

From the highlights it seems harsh to place too much blame on him. gigi riva and johnyb
InglewoodJack
Very streaky keeper who had one insane run of form. He’ll get on a streak sometime soon but yeah he hasn’t looked too great as of late

He made the All-Star team, won the game MVP and continued his hot form through until the end of August. He struggled down the stretch, but 2022 was a good year for him. I also had more interest in watching McNaughton get skinned by Pukki on that first half chance.

Watchmen
Wouldn't mind the Whitecaps re-opening talks with them about acquiring St. Clair (their original first choice when Crepeau forced his way out).
FreddyCanuck
I wonder if Heath leaving means St. Clair is allowed to play with the ball more and come off his line. I noticed a huge difference in both areas in the Cuba game (and even parts of the US game).
