Kadenge Posted August 28 Share Posted August 28 David did well, considering the flow of play, with holding the ball up on the few times Lille was able to play it upfield. Not sure if he has improved his vertical jump, but he won a couple of aerial duels 🙂. In a game where Lille did a poor job of keeping possession, David was one of the very few, if only player, to do a good job on that end. All are vets, so hopefully there is some reinforcements shortly but don't know how long they will be out. I haven't minded Meunier in his more withdrawn role, I think the bigger problem on that side is Tiago Santos who has a 2 cent brain. Alexsandro is such a weird player, one moment he makes a brilliant, uber-athletic tackle that only few players in the world can make, then the next moment he makes one of the dumbest decisions you'll see all season.
