Colliedor
Love how he's a constant threat on setpieces. Having him and Vitoria in these situations can be so overwhelming for some of these central american players. costarg, Kadenge and TOCanada115

Unnamed Trialist
@Ian Kennedywe hope he is pleased and you as well with how it went, most of us felt he was very solid. His best performance so far for the national team and a great addition to the squad. Kadenge, PopePouri, Corazon and 10 others
Shway
He made Elis who I rate look like a regular player. I wonder if he remembered to take him out of his back pocket before he left Honduras. Solid showing. Trois Reds, PopePouri, GasPed and 4 others
maccaliam
Very impressive showing under difficult circumstances. Quietly very solid. Looked a little tentative on the ball I thought but that is understandable and shows how solid his performance was that that was really the only possible criticism I can recall. narduch
Have to figure he will be in B1 next year even if Jahn doesn't promote. Edited January 28, 2022 by narduch johnyb, Ruffian and Shway

Had Elis in his pocket, dominant in the air, broke lines with his passes. He has all the tools clubs want in a CB. I feel like his ceiling will be only limited by injuries 🤞. toontownman
Looks like he can really become a classy player. Finding his feet at this level still but he is a mountain. Great pace and clever in the tackle. Really excited for his potential to develop, hopefully in a higher league soon! Ivan

jonovision
I'll admit to being more a Kennedy skeptic than most, but I think this match won me over. I think most us overestimate how much actual physical fitness (stamina, strength, etc.) is lost during an offseason, and how long it takes to gain that back, but the difference in sharpness (reaction times, comfort on the ball, etc.) between Kennedy and Miller (a player I like and has been excellent in this campaign) was evident. Shway
Does anyone think he can play in the centre of a back 3 in replace of Vitoria? Miller-Kennedy-Johnston Sal333 and Nate3322
Lansdude
Absolutely clutch addition that shores up our weakest position. Starting to feel a lot happier about our CB pool. Obinna

ag futbol
I think Honduras thought they’d target that side and avoid Johnson. Then, they ran into a god damn brick wall. Sal333, Corazon, narduch and 2 others

Miller-Kennedy-Johnston Can he play there? Yes. Is that the best use of him? Not sure. I ultimately think Waterman slots into the middle of our back 3, but if we want someone in our current selection to do it, aside from Vitoria and Henry, I would got with Cornelius. I think Kennedy is far to valuable on the left side of a back 3, where he can shut players down with his defending and athleticism. I say Cornelius because I think he has more composure to play there than Miller, but one could argue Miller-Kennedy-Johnston is the getting the best 3 players on the field, in which case I would absolutely put Kennedy in the middle. Kadenge
The issue with both Johnston and Miller in a back 3/4 is that they lack height and we become vulnerable to crosses into the box. We saw this in the last parts of both the Mex & Hon games. Johnston is the only right footer that can play RCB so Miller is probably the one that may have to be sacrificed for either Kennedy or Cornelius to deal with what is one area we need to strengthen. btw I do like Kamal. He is a fiery competitor and is going to get stronger over the next few years. Shway and Weng
kacbru
The poise when he started to see the ball out in our 18 under pressure, realised it wasn't going to happen, turned the attacker on his back and calmly made the outlet pass...a thing of beauty. frmr
I haven't seen much of Kennedy at Jahn Regensburg, if they don't go up this year, would he be in a position to make another step up to B1? Would he be on clubs' radars for a move?
