His consistency at running at defenders, and creating chances. Kadenge Posted July 6 Share Posted July 6 The one thing that stands out for me is that Jacob has absolutely no fear (or respect ) for the opposition. I really don't think he has a "fear gene" in his DNA. When he came on as a sub vs Argentina there were no nervous moments/touches, he just gunned it straight out from min one, taking on the #1 team and their defenders. His game is simple and although defenders know what he's going to do they haven't been able to stop him or at least consistently. Unfortunately he's going to get bodied and "fouled" and the Copa refs will just let it go.
