BC Premier League given thumbs down

There is no money to sustain a semi-pro league in just BC. the league schedule is in the Winter which does not even correspond with the professional schedule from march-october. On top of this the summer schedule would eliminate all the young players playing PDL and university who make up a good portion of the young players. The USL 2 division is moving to the west coast and there is no need for fixing an amateur league. The player development should be coming from the university teams who are slowly turning to a full time commitment not from men's teams who are just here to give x-pro's and amateur players a place to play for fun.

Basically, there is no point in making an amateur league professional especially if it doesn't even follow the professional schedule in North America.
